Shipping policy
Shipment of the Equipment to Buyer by Company, at Company’s partial cost and expense, shall be made within the agreed time frame listed in the “Shipping Date” section after receipt of a purchase order (hereinafter “Delivery Date”). The Equipment shall be packaged appropriately. Delivery of the Equipment in an undamaged condition to Buyer shall constitute “Delivery” to Buyer. Buyer is solely responsible for inspecting the delivery for any damage before the delivery driver leaves, notating the damage (if any) in the comments section of the Shipping Label PRIOR TO SIGNING, and contacting Photo Booth International via phone (855-474-6868) or email (shipping@photoboothint.com) within one hour of the delivery. Failure to do all three steps in the time frame specified will result in the Company's inability to file a correct, lawful and strong claim with the third party freight company. Therefore, If the Buyer does not complete all three steps within one hour of delivery, the Company is not held responsible to provide any refunds, replacements or exchanges.
